Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to online career and subject assessments you buy on studyinoman.om, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Prices are shown in Omani rial (OMR) before you pay, and payments are taken by card through our payment provider. Browsing the site and sending enquiries to institutions is free, so this policy is only about assessments.

2. Before you start the test — full refund

After you pay, your test waits for you under “My tests” until you press Start test. If you change your mind before starting it, we will refund the full amount you paid. Please ask within 14 days of your payment.

3. After you start the test

Starting a test sets it up for you with our assessment partner, and that cost is incurred whether or not you finish. So once a test has been started, we do not give refunds for a change of mind — including when a test is left unfinished. A started test has no time limit: you can stop and come back to it from “My tests” at any time.

4. When we always refund in full

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You paid, but the test could not be started because of a problem on our side
• You finished the test, but your report could not be produced and we cannot fix this within 5 working days

5. Codes and discounts

• A test unlocked with an access code is free, so there is nothing to refund
• If you used a promo code, a refund is the amount you actually paid

6. How to ask for a refund

Email info@studyinoman.om from the email address you used to buy the test, and include:

• the order reference shown on your checkout page
• the name of the assessment and the date you paid
• the reason for the request

We will reply to confirm whether the refund is approved.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment provider, within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement. We cannot refund to a different card or in cash.
